Course Description

This introductory course provides an overview of Lean Six Sigma: history, results, roles and responsibilities, the DMAIC methodology, project selection, basic descriptive methods, and tollgates. This course helps participants identify Lean Six Sigma projects, as well as become more valuable resources to a process improvement team. This course highlights how an understanding of Lean Six Sigma can enhance the participant’s skill set, augment a resume, or create a potential career path.


This course is taught by highly knowledgeable instructors with years of experience leading Six Sigma projects in multiple and varied industries. The participant enjoys the benefits of an open classroom environment, including open discussions and breakout sessions.
