Upon completion of the Value Stream Mapping course, the participant has learned:

Course Description
This introductory Value Stream Mapping course teaches the technique of Lean process mapping, also known as Value Stream Mapping. This technique is used to analyze information and work flow from the customer’s initial request to delivery of the final product or service. Course participants learn the symbols and language of a value stream map and will be able to interpret existing maps as well as author new maps.
