Course Description
This Lean Awareness Training course provides an overview of Lean concepts and applications in the office environment. Topics include: history, roles and responsibilities, quick-wins, methods, metrics, and change. This course provides office personnel with an introduction to Lean and how it could be applied to their work, office space, and department to cut costs and increase efficiency.
Topics covered in class are relevant to all levels of experience. Our instructors simplify complex topics and present them clearly and concisely. Case studies and in-class exercises allow the participant to combine and utilize concepts learned during the course.
