Course Description
This introductory course provides an overview of
Lean Six Sigma: history, results, roles and
responsibilities, the DMAIC methodology, project
selection, basic descriptive methods, and tollgates.
This course helps participants identify Lean Six
Sigma projects, as well as become more valuable
resources to a process improvement team. This course
highlights how an understanding of Lean Six Sigma
can enhance the participant’s skill set, augment a
resume, or create a potential career path..
Topics covered in class are relevant to all
levels of experience. Our instructors
simplify complex topics and present them clearly and
concisely. Case studies and in-class labs allow the
participant to combine and utilize concepts learned
during the course.
